Make a Donation

Member donations are needed to support time trials and other special club projects. The Annual Meet is covered by fees paid by participants. Member Dues are used almost entirely for The Steam Automobile Bulletin, and modest administrative costs. There are no salaries paid by the Club; all services are voluntary. 

Any donation you make will be appreciated!   

The Steam Automobile Club of America, Inc. is a tax exempt “social club” under Section 501(c)(7) of the Tax Code. Our status means that we are exempt from income taxes on dues and donations. However, since the logic is that our income benefits only the club and not the public in general, dues and donations are not deductable as charitable donations on members’ tax returns.
