I was looking at internet videos of that exact Hasbrouck motor last night and was also noticing it would be abit tall. . I was thinking about putting in a recessed motor box either fore or aft of the rear axle so the engine crank sprocket would be parallel to the rear differential. or making it a horizontal engine. In the USA I found there is a category of vehicle called a "LSV"- Low Speed Vehicle, for cars that can go between 25 to 35 mph ( about 30 to 50 Kilometres per hour).
