Hi All,
Well, yesterday was the final meeting, for a series of high-level meetings thats been ongoing for the past two weeks. The technology worked as promised. I received rave reviews from my peer group... Everything went really well. I snapped some photos this morning before I broke everything down from the meeting yesterday.

Happy New Year All!
Well im ringing in the newyear at home tonite with the family, we were considered going out shrimping tonite, the conditions are good. My wife and I, decided it would not be a good night to drive down to Craig Key (where we get the Keywest Pink Shrimp) it being Newyears eve and all.
So we went forward with the original plan, to cook some chicken thighs on the grill. I got a great deal on these the other day, the whole package was 5 bucks using the discount card for the grocery store. I have a deep freeze upright, makes it easy for me to take advantage of promotional "buy one get one free deals" on meat that I freeze right away, and defrost as im ready to cook something.
Figuring the price of the chicken thighs a can of black beans, a can of corn, some white rice and charcoal to cook the meal for us all, was right at, just below 10 bucks. Im pretty proud of that... When we do the chicken "shake and bake" in the oven we only use half the amout of chicken in the pack.
The first picture is of the marinade I use, its really great stuff for pork and chicken, if you spot it in your local grocery, grab some its worth it. Marinade for no less than 3 hours. Then throw out any remaining marinade thats had contact with the raw chicken. Get a little cup and pour some fresh marinade in that and baste the chicken with that each time you flip it. I burn charcoal in my grill (its a webber) and flip the chicken every 3 minutes for about 48 minutes.
The second picture is the black beans I use with the rice, its really good stuff, again if you see it buy it, its really good. Works absolutly perfect with the taste that the marinade gives the chicken on the grill.
The third picture shows that the chicken should be covered inbetween each three to/or four minute flipping. Dont be alarmed, as all the smoke you see coming of the grill, is perfectly normal.

Ok,

the second picture (a1) is a picture of some corn and some Spanish Sardines that I smoked on my smoker for about an hour and a half. This picture is from about 3 months ago, I used a Sabiki rig to catch the Sardines, as they were in the trail of my chumb-block when I went fishing last. This was in Biscayne Bay (mid to north) we also cought a seatrout(speckled) that evening.
The 3rd picture is just a "splash" driving up the Turnpike (toll road down here in Miami Fl) around exit 16.
So thats it, ive had this really cool instrumental/song echoing thru my head for like a month now. So im going to add the u/tube link-

Id like to use this song in a video of me running one of my engine prototypes one day, I think its pretty cool.
