Hello All,

I just learned that Pat Farrell passed away on January 2nd, finally succumbing to his fight with cancer. I never met Pat, but we corresponded and occasionally conversed on the phone. He was always helpful, and a pleasure to work with. I know he will be sorely missed.

So sorry to hear that. I only met Pat and his wife Marilee last spring. I was in the process looking for a Stanley and asked if I could come see his. Even then he was struggling but he was extremely generous and invited us to his place. He gave us a ride and showed us all around. He answered all my newbie questions and encouraged me. I'll miss him.

Yes, very sorry to hear this. He too gave me great advice on the build of my steam car.

He'll be in my prayers...

I think I first mate Pat in 1906 at the Ormond Beach reenactment in Florida.
As well at the Steam car tour held at the Tom Marshal museum in Yorklyn Delaware.
After the blow down dinner in DE I followed Pat back to the Hotel. It was a thirty-five mile per hour road to keep up with Pat I hit seventy. His car ran very well.
We traded Emails back and forth ever since. He’ll be missed.

Rolly
