This steam cycle on the modern steam (sports car) is interesting. It has a turbine intended to spin a cooling fan. Dave Nergard demonstrated this concept on his Stanley quite successfully. According to the TS and to fill in some blanks, the system intends to have economizer and super heat along with a compound steam engine without reheat. I believe it includes a feed water heater.

Not sure I would have two (2) pumps and favor a reheat between HP and LP piston(s).
