SACA Memorabilia

I just received an e-mail from a gentleman with a Stanley R project car. A number of years ago, he received a stack of SACA publications from the late Art Hart. Included in the bundle was a litter bag embossed with instructions on what to do in an accident. I've been a member about 20 years and have never seen anything like this in the club Storeroom … but SACA has been around 3 times that long. Anyone recognize these items and have an idea when they were extant?
