Cabin Expo. will be in April of 2013. Gary (He runs the show) was concerned with the weather in Jan. So it was moved to the spring of 2013. The 2012 show was great, good weather and a lot of steam engines at the auction.

Ken
Thanks for mentioning the Michigan show, I forgot to.
We had a great time at the York PA show, about fifteen of our model club members displayed models. Over all it was a great show. The Friday auction had many engines go off very reasonably. Some early Locomobile engines and marine engines as well, lots of tools, lathes and Mills.

I had the opportunity for a ride to Michigan but declined, three days to PA was enough.

Our club editor has not posted photos yet. He may be on the way to Michigan.

There was a lot of speculation as to how well the shows would be attended both for venders and exhibiters, having the two events only a week apart. But the PA show went very well. Full house.

I found my model boilers and tubing benders on page four.
I was surprised at how much attention the benders got.

The Model engineering show in York PA is fast approaching [www.cabinfeverexpo.com]
Keep this date open. Also April 18-19 for the show in Michigan.
I’ve been keeping busy this winter building new models other than engines and boilers, I tried some casting sets from PM research. [www.pmmodelengines.com]
There model lathe and milling machine. A real challenge for these tired old eyes.
Hope to see you there look for the New England Model engineering table. [www.neme-s.org]
